CATL establishes new energy technology company in Shenyang.

The QiChaCha app shows that recently, Era Qiji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes: centralized fast charging stations; sales of electric vehicle charging; leasing of charging control equipment; sales of charging piles; and sales of complete vehicles for new energy vehicles. According to the equity penetration displayed on QiChaCha, the company is wholly owned by Era Qiji Green Energy Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd.
