SPDB Bank invests in Hainan to establish a leasing company.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Pudong Development Bank Leasing Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhou Shunhua as the legal representative. Its business scope includes setting up project companies in bonded areas in China to conduct financing leasing business. Equity penetration information from Qichacha shows the company is wholly owned by Pudong Development Bank's subsidiary, Pudong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.
