Liyuan Technology: Deputy General Manager Zhao Dong resigns for personal reasons.

Liyuan Technology announced on September 2nd that the board of directors recently received a resignation report submitted by Zhao Dong. Due to personal reasons, Zhao Dong applied to resign from the positions of director and vice general manager of the fourth board of directors of the company. After resigning, Zhao Dong will not hold any other positions in the company. Zhao Dong's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors.
