The United States International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a final ruling on Section 337 regarding electronic glasses, their components, and related charging equipment.

On August 28th, the United States International Trade Commission issued a notice stating that it has made a 337 partial final ruling on certain electronic glasses and their components, as well as related charging devices. The notice stated that the initial determination made by the administrative judge on August 8, 2025 will not be reviewed, and the investigation against the listed defendants HTC Corporation of Taiwan, HTC Europe Co Ltd. of the UK, and HTC Poland SP Z O.O. of Poland has been terminated based on a settlement.
