Since August, with the A-share market entering the period of intensive interim report disclosure, the activity of public fund research has significantly increased. Data from Public Fund Ranking Network shows that in August, a total of 163 public fund institutions participated in research on listed companies, covering 771 companies in 30 industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and electronics; with a total of 8,338 research visits, an increase of 144.73% compared to the previous period. The pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector is the most popular, with 1,373 research visits in total, covering 100 individual stocks, making it the sector with the highest level of attention from public fund institutions in August; the electronics industry follows closely behind with 1,312 research visits in total, covering 108 individual stocks; the machinery equipment industry, power equipment industry, and computer industry rank third to fifth respectively in terms of research visits.
