Guangzhou will issue special numbers for electric bicycles used for food delivery and express delivery.

According to the traffic management department of the Guangzhou Public Security Bureau, the "Guangzhou Electric Bicycle Registration Measures" and the "Guangzhou Special Number Plate Electric Bicycle Management Measures" will officially come into effect on September 1st with a validity period of 5 years. These two new regulations specify the specific requirements for the registration and management of electric bicycles, and issue special number plates for electric bicycles used by units in 7 categories of public service industries, such as delivery and express delivery.
