Nortech once again delays salary payment: July salary pushed to the end of September, promised salaries for April and May will be paid by the end of the year.

According to reports, Beixin Yuan recently issued a "Notice on the Delayed Payment of Salaries to All Employees", clarifying adjustments to the timing of multiple salary payments, while also showing a significant decline in business performance in the first half of 2025. Specifically, regarding salary payments, the July salary originally scheduled to be paid on August 26, 2025, will be delayed until before September 30; in addition, the overdue salaries for April and May 2025, the company promises to make up for them by the end of 2025. The notice also mentions that if the company's financial situation improves ahead of schedule, salary payments will be given priority to alleviate employees' financial pressure. It was learned from internal employees of Beixin Yuan that as early as July 2024, the company had issued multiple announcements to employees about the delayed salary arrangements. The employee further disclosed that in subsequent salary payments, "only one or two times were paid on time as agreed", while the rest were delayed to varying degrees. Another employee revealed that "those who were laid off recently had their compensation payments settled in installments." In terms of performance, Beixin Yuan's 2025 semi-annual report data shows that the company's revenue in the first half of the year was only 108 million yuan, a significant drop of 53.72% compared to the same period last year; the net profit attributable to the parent company was -97.1146 million yuan, a decrease of 47.94% year-on-year, highlighting operational pressures.
