Among them, a land parcel in Hongguang Street, Pixian District was acquired by Chengdu Zhengcheng Xinhai Real Estate Co., Ltd. at a floor price of 5100 yuan per square meter, equivalent to a total price of 135 million yuan, with a premium rate of 10.87%; a land parcel in Xindu Street, Xindu District was acquired by Chengdu Bangtai Yueshang Real Estate Co., Ltd. at a floor price of 5500 yuan per square meter, equivalent to a total price of 4.11 billion yuan, with a premium rate of 1.85%; and a land parcel in Xipu Street, Pixian District was acquired by Bangtai at a base price of 6800 yuan per square meter, equivalent to a total price of 2.16 billion yuan.
