According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, Xiamen Lianpuhong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Sun Tao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes real estate development, real estate brokerage, property management, corporate management consulting, real estate consulting, and real estate evaluation. Qi Cha Cha's equity penetration shows that the company is fully owned by Lianfa Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jianfa Group.
