Argentina approves $2.17 billion lithium mining project through the RIGI plan.

According to the official announcement, the resolution shows that the Argentine Federal Government has approved a lithium mining project in Catamarca Province with a planned investment of $2.171 billion. The project, named "Ostrembrum-Muerlto", is led by Galan Lithium Company and plans to produce 12,000 tons of lithium carbonate equivalent per year. This project has been approved under Argentina's large investment incentive program - RIGI. Note: The $2.17 billion lithium mining project has been previously approved by relevant Argentine committees.
