Morgan Stanley analysts wrote in their research report that Tencent's mobile game "Honour of Kings" has shown strong momentum since its launch. The game is currently ranked first on the overall iOS app chart in China, first on the game download chart, and seventh on the game revenue chart. The game is expected to achieve Morgan Stanley's expectation of being in the top five in terms of revenue, with total revenue of about 5-6 billion yuan in the first year. Analysts at Morgan Stanley believe that following the recent successful launch of "Delta Force" and now "Honour of Kings", Tencent may further capture market share in the first-person shooter game category in China. Morgan Stanley also stated that due to the consistent performance of its evergreen games and strong deferred revenue from international games, their confidence in Tencent's gaming business has increased further after the second quarter.
