According to the monitoring and forecast of the meteorological department, affected by Typhoon "Swordfish" No. 13 this year, starting from August 23, the wind force in the sea area of Guangdong Province and the central and northern parts of the South China Sea will increase, and the risks at sea will gradually increase. In view of the current situation, in accordance with the "Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Drought Relief, Wind and Frost Protection in Guangdong Province" and relevant regulations of the Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, the Guangdong Provincial Flood Control, Drought Relief, Wind and Frost Protection Headquarters has decided to launch a level IV wind emergency response at 11:00 on August 23.
