On August 22, it was learned from State Grid Jiangsu Provincial Power Company that Jiangsu Province has officially clarified the pricing mechanism for new energy vehicles participating in vehicle-to-grid interaction, with attractive discharge price standards, further promoting the vehicle-to-grid interaction into a new stage of large-scale and commercial operation. Vehicle-to-grid interaction mainly refers to new energy vehicles charging and storing energy in the grid during low load periods, and supplying power back to the grid during peak periods or when needed, making electric vehicles mobile distributed energy storage units. The application of this technology is of great significance in enhancing grid flexibility and promoting the integration of new energy sources.
