Coca-Cola is reportedly considering selling its British coffee chain Costa.

According to informed sources, Coca-Cola has hired an investment bank to help evaluate the possibility of selling its UK coffee chain Costa Coffee. The soft drink giant headquartered in Atlanta has asked investment bank Lazard to assess options and evaluate interest in the business it acquired in 2018 for 3.9 billion. It is reported that Coca-Cola has had preliminary discussions with a few potential bidders, including private equity firms. Sources say that a deal is not guaranteed at this point, and Coca-Cola may ultimately decide not to sell.
