Sichuan responds to "Unmarried parents applying for child-raising subsidies need to reapply for marriage certificates": Official documents are the official basis.
Recently, the Sichuan Provincial Health Commission responded to the issue of "applying for subsidies for raising children born out of wedlock" by stating that "after completing the marriage registration procedures, you can apply for the subsidy," which has attracted public attention. In an interview on the afternoon of August 22, a staff member of the Population Monitoring and Family Development Department of the Sichuan Provincial Health Commission stated that the system requirements for applying for child-rearing subsidies include a marriage certificate, but applications have not yet started and no official documents have been released. The final decision will be based on the official document.
