Zhang Bo, the director of Anjuke Research Institute, stated that based on the July housing price data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, the real estate market is showing a differentiated pattern of stabilization and recovery in core cities while continuous adjustment in non-core regions. The price decrease for new houses in first-tier cities narrowed to 0.2%, while second-tier cities saw an increase to 0.4%, reflecting a stronger resistance to price drops in high-energy level cities. First-tier cities and some strong second-tier cities are gradually restoring confidence through policy optimization and the high heat in the land market.
