ST Matsui announcement, its subsidiary company Hengli Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. recently signed 2 effective framework contracts for the purchase of raw materials, with the contract target being ship steel plates, with an estimated total amount of approximately 3.371 billion yuan. The contract will come into effect after being signed and stamped by authorized representatives of both parties, and payment will be made through telegraphic transfer. The performance of the contract will not have a significant impact on the company's total assets, net assets, and net profits for this fiscal year.
