Wuchanzhongda: Wu Bin resigns as Vice General Manager and other positions in the company.

In a statement released by Wuchan Zhongda on August 13th, the company recently received a written resignation report from its Deputy General Manager and Chief Legal Counsel, Wu Bin. Due to work reassignments, Wu Bin has applied to resign from his positions as Deputy General Manager and Chief Legal Counsel of the company. The resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors.
