China Minsheng Bank issued a notice stating that the bank will actively respond to and strictly implement the spirit and relevant requirements of the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Financial Subsidies for Personal Consumer Loans" (Caijin [2025] No. 80), and promote the subsidy work for personal consumer loans in a law-abiding manner. The bank will begin implementing the subsidy for personal consumer loans that meet the requirements of the above-mentioned notice from September 1, 2025, based on market-oriented and rule-of-law principles. Minsheng Bank reminds that no fees will be charged during the process of handling personal consumer loan subsidy business.
