Hefei: Starting from August 20th, the business of converting personal housing commercial loans issued before December 31, 2021 into housing provident fund loans can be processed.

The Housing Provident Fund Management Center of Hefei City has issued a notice on relaxing the processing deadline for "commercial to public" business. As of the end of July 2025, the individual loan ratio in the city is 86.73%, and in the city center it is 90.64%. In view of the acceptance of "commercial to public" loan business and the current financial situation, after research and decision, starting from August 20, 2025, the conversion of individual housing commercial loans issued before December 31, 2021 to housing provident fund loans can be processed.
