Engineers from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and OpenAI will collaboratively explore advanced generative artificial intelligence solutions to enhance fraud detection capabilities and provide more personalized services to customers of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Employees of the bank will gradually be granted access to OpenAI's artificial intelligence tools.
