China MCC establishes a new company in Guangzhou including engineering management services.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Guangzhou Yijian Construction Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Penglin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 40 million yuan. Its business scope includes: engineering management services; building materials sales; technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchange, technology transfer, and technology promotion; construction engineering construction. Stock penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by China MCC Group, a subsidiary of China Metallurgical Group Corporation.
