Yinbaoshanxin: Brad plans to reduce his company's stake by no more than 1.54%.

Yinbaoshan announced on the evening of 10th August that Huai'an Brad Investment Development Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding 10.81% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings of company shares by no more than 7.638 million shares, or 1.54% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading.
