China Science and Technology Education Industry (01756.HK) and Huali Construction have signed a 2025 construction services framework agreement.

Capital Jet Finance APP, China Education Industry (01756.HK) announced that on August 10, 2025, the company entered into a 2025 construction services framework agreement with China Construction Corporation. The agreement relates to providing construction and decoration services for the group's comprehensive teaching buildings and/or dormitories at campuses in China, as well as campuses in Jiangmen and Zengcheng, with a term starting from the effective date until August 31, 2028 (including the first and last day). The agreement also sets annual caps for related transactions for the three fiscal years ending on August 31, 2028, with amounts of RMB 360 million, 342 million, and 300 million respectively.
