After obtaining all relevant approvals (including the CSRC filing and approval of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, etc.) and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, some of the company's non-listed shares will be converted into the company's H shares and listed and traded on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
