Henan will build "industrial protection houses" for small and medium-sized enterprises, available for rent only, not for sale.

The People's Government of Henan Province issued a notification on the implementation of a number of policy measures to support enterprises in Henan Province in reducing costs and increasing efficiency. The notification proposes to enhance the comprehensive service capabilities of industrial parks. It supports the construction of customized standard workshops in industrial parks, and the construction of "industrial guarantee houses" that are only rented to small and medium-sized enterprises. It encourages operators to provide rental discounts to enterprises leasing industrial buildings in industrial parks, and reasonably support the construction of talent apartments, affordable rental housing, and maker exchange spaces. It also plans the layout and construction of power infrastructure such as incremental distribution networks and source load storage in industrial parks, and encourages the acquisition of water, electricity, and gas franchise rights through market bidding to achieve unified supply. It accelerates the digital transformation and promotes the construction of central digital transformation centers in industrial parks, providing digital transformation solutions for park enterprises.
