The 2025 Changchun Aviation Expo will be held in September, with a non-military management area exhibition area set up for the first time.

From September 19th to 23rd, the Changchun Aviation Exhibition and the Air Force Aviation Open Day will be held at the Changchun International Aviation Expo City. During this period, there will be flight performances, eVTOL dynamic demonstrations, drone group performances, weapons and equipment exhibitions, military-industrial enterprises exhibitions, low-altitude economic exhibitions, as well as aerospace popular science, cultural and historical exhibitions, and cultural performances related to aviation themes. The total area of the planned exhibition venue for this Air Force Aviation Open Day and Changchun Aviation Exhibition is approximately 1.836 million square meters, with the core exhibition area covering 576,000 square meters, the air flight performance area covering 758,000 square meters, and the comprehensive functional area covering 502,000 square meters. In addition, there will be innovative setups in the exhibition area, including the establishment of a non-military management area exhibition area - Changchun International Aviation Expo City, for the first time.
