Shanghai's 2025 Key Technology Research and Development Plan initiated the "Aerospace and Ocean" project application work.

In order to implement the innovation-driven development strategy in depth, accelerate the construction of a globally influential science and technology innovation center, promote key technological breakthroughs in the aerospace, ocean, and maritime sectors, and cultivate future industries, the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission recently released the 2025 Key Technology Research and Development Plan "Aerospace, Ocean, and Maritime" project application guidelines in accordance with the "14th Five-Year Plan" for building a globally influential science and technology innovation center in Shanghai. The scope of solicitation includes two topics: marine engineering equipment and polar scientific research. The online project submission will start on August 12 at 9:00 and the deadline is August 29 at 16:30.
