It will establish a system of catalogues of charges involving enterprises, conduct a comprehensive review of charging policies related to enterprises, and continue to clean up and rectify areas with frequent violations of charging in administrative approval intermediary service agencies. It will improve the mechanism of "Five-One" credit repair that involves cross-platform sharing and cross-departmental collaboration. It will implement reminders before the expiration of licenses, explore the establishment of a "seamless renewal of licenses" mechanism, and accelerate the implementation of "scan to enter the enterprise" seamless monitoring.
