Hunan issues orange high temperature warning.

The Hunan Provincial Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued an orange high temperature warning at 16:00 on August 9th: It is predicted that on the 10th, some areas south of central Hunan will experience temperatures higher than 37C, and some areas will exceed 39C. Please take precautions. The orange warning areas include: Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, southern parts of Xiangxi Prefecture, southern parts of Changde, most areas of Yiyang, central parts of Huaihua, Loudi, Hengyang, northern parts of Yongzhou, and northern parts of Chenzhou.
