The first "Source-Grid-Electricity-Storage" low-voltage AC-DC fusion demonstration zone in Qinghai has been completed.

As of the end of June 2025, Xining City has completed the construction of 10 data centers, with a total of 23,000 standard racks built and under construction, the computing power scale exceeding 10,000 PFlops, and the utilization rate of green electricity stable at over 80%. Li Changfu, Deputy Director of the Xining City Industrial and Information Bureau in Qinghai Province, introduced on the 8th that Qinghai's first "source-grid-load-storage" low-voltage AC-DC fusion demonstration zone has been successfully completed.
