On the evening of August 8, Xinxiangwei announced that the company originally planned to purchase 100% equity of Shenzhen Aixie Life Science and Technology Co., Ltd. held by the transaction counterpart through issuing shares, convertible corporate bonds, and cash payment, and to issue shares to raise matching funds from up to 35 specific investors. Due to the inability of the parties involved in the transaction to reach a consensus on the final terms of the transaction, the company plans to terminate the transaction and authorize the management to handle the related matters of termination. The termination of this transaction will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's current production and business activities or strategic development.
