Chongqing unveils action plan to strengthen human resources services to support high-quality development of manufacturing sector.

On the 8th, it was learned from the Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau that the bureau, together with nine municipal-level units in Chongqing, has officially issued the "Chongqing Action Plan for Strengthening Human Resources Services to Support the High-quality Development of Manufacturing Industry." The action plan proposes to promote the deep integration of the human resources service industry and the manufacturing industry, build a modern human resources service system with "precise talent attraction, collaborative labor utilization, systematic training, professional management, and internationalized services," and support the transformation of Chongqing's manufacturing industry towards high-end, intelligent, and green development.
