Yunyi Electric announced that the company has signed a "joint venture cooperation memorandum" with Chenzh Automotive Technology Group Co., Ltd. The two parties will jointly invest in establishing a joint venture company, with Chenzh Group investing 282 million yuan for a 70% stake, and Yunyi Electric investing 121 million yuan for a 30% stake. The registered capital of the joint venture company is tentatively set at 402 million yuan, and it will focus on the field of automotive and motorcycle electronic electrical products, including intelligent domain control, power domain control, and multi-function power supply businesses. The signing of this memorandum is expected to have no significant impact on the current financial condition and operating results of the company.
