The decline in net profit is mainly attributed to: (1) geopolitical tensions and recent tariff fluctuations affecting the Chinese shipbuilding and shipping industry; (2) changes in shipbuilding plans during the reporting period, leading to delays in the delivery of some large orders signed before 2025; (3) most new orders signed at the beginning of 2025 are long-term projects, resulting in the related orders not being fulfilled by the end of the reporting period and the corresponding revenue not being recognized.
