According to the Wise Finance app, on August 8th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission announced the requirements for supplementary materials for overseas issuance and listing filing (August 1, 2025 - August 7, 2025). The announcement from the Commission mentioned that Zhongqi Yunlian should provide additional information on whether its business operations involve basic telecommunications services, value-added telecommunications services, and whether it holds relevant operating licenses. According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 6th, Zhongqi Yunlian submitted an application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities International, Agricultural Bank International, Industrial and Commercial Bank International, and Merck Capital as joint sponsors.
