China Electric Power Construction Corporation establishes a new energy technology company, including construction engineering design business.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Xinzhou City Jiangdian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Xiao Shaoqing as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million RMB. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, construction engineering design, and sales of solar thermal utilization equipment. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Power Construction.
