Meijin Energy sets up new energy vehicle company.

According to the Qichacha app, Anhui Meijin New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. was recently established with Zhao Jia as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing of automobile parts and accessories, retail of automobile parts and accessories, wholesale of automobile parts and accessories, as well as repair and maintenance of motor vehicles. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that this company is wholly owned by Qingdao Meijin New Energy Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Meijin Energy.
