Peking University Medicine announced that the 12th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors was held on August 8th, where the proposal for initiating the name change for the company and its related subsidiaries was approved. The actual controlling shareholder of the company has been changed to Xu Xiren and has no equity relationship with Peking University. In order to clarify the current controlling relationship of the listed company and to meet the needs of operations and business development, the company plans to gradually complete the related name change work to achieve "de-Peking University-ization".
