Haitong International announces that Goldman Sachs Asia Strategic Holdings owns 23,006,500 shares, accounting for 5.6063%; plans to reduce holdings by no more than 12.3 million shares through concentration bidding and block trading, not exceeding 3%, of which the concentration bidding will not exceed 4.1 million shares, accounting for 1%, and block trading will not exceed 8.2 million shares, accounting for 2%; the reduction period is from August 30, 2025 to November 29, 2025.
