Beijing initiates city-wide Level Four flood control emergency response.

According to a message from the Beijing Emergency Management Office, the Beijing Flood Control Headquarters initiated a Level IV emergency response for flood control in the city at 18:00 on August 7th. Relevant units are requested to implement rain prevention and response measures according to the plan and carry out flood control work effectively.
