Data from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development official website shows that on August 9th, Beijing signed 165 sets of new homes with a total area of 11432.78 square meters, including 82 residential properties with a total area of 8978.96 square meters. Additionally, 217 sets of second-hand homes were signed with a total area of 19794.22 square meters, including 178 residential properties with a total area of 18367.73 square meters.
