Zhongqi Xincai announced that the company will temporarily postpone the implementation of the project "Annual Production of 10,000 Tons of High-purity Sand for Semiconductor Grade and Photovoltaic Crucible". The original planned total investment of the project was 215 million yuan, excluding interest income from the funds raised. The company has decided to postpone the implementation of the project in order to better align with the company's future development strategic goals, enhance the efficiency of the use of raised funds, ensure the rational allocation of company resources, avoid investment risks brought by the raised funds project, and effectively protect the interests of the company and investors.
