Three major shareholders plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1%.

On the evening of August 7th, Sanwei Security announced that shareholder Zhongwang Investment plans to reduce its holdings by up to 1.14 million shares through centralized bidding, which is not more than 1% of the company's total share capital.
