The total number of shares intended to be transferred is 5,492,943 shares. The transferee shall not transfer the acquired shares within 6 months after the transfer. The transferee and the number of shares to be transferred in this inquiry transfer are only preliminary results, and there are still risks such as the intended transfer of shares being judicially frozen or deducted.
