Meijin Energy: Changes in Controlling Shareholder's Equity Structure

Announcement of Mei Jin Energy: Due to the passing of shareholder Ms. Gao Fang'e, the equity structure of the company's controlling shareholder, Mei Jin Energy Group Limited, has changed. Prior to the change, Yao Junliang held 25% of Mei Jin Group's equity, while Yao Junhua, Yao Junjie, Yao Sanjun, Yao Sijun, and Yao Junqing each held 12.5%. After the change, Yao Junliang's shareholding increased to 27%, Yao Junhua's shareholding is 15%, and Yao Junjie, Yao Sanjun, Yao Sijun, and Yao Junqing each hold 14.5%. The change in equity structure has completed the commercial registration procedures, and the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller have changed to Yao Junliang and five others, which will not affect the company's production and operations.
