Jingsheng Corporation Announcement: Shareholder Xinrui Jicheng Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership holds 17.0184 million shares, accounting for 12.30% of the total share capital, together with concerted action person Wu Yahong holding a total of 12.66% of the shares. Due to its own capital needs, Xinrui Jicheng plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 4.1509 million shares from August 29, 2025 to November 28, 2025, through centralized bidding reduction of no more than 1.3836 million shares and block trades reduction of no more than 2.7673 million shares, with a reduction percentage not exceeding 3%.
