Middle and Upper Intermediary Association releases the list of cash dividends for listed companies in 2025.

The China Listed Companies Association, in accordance with the cash dividend rules, has compiled and published the 2025 List of Cash Dividends of Listed Companies. Firstly, it emphasizes the bottom line of integrity and compliance, making illegal activities, capital market integrity, and audit opinions prerequisites, while abnormal dividend behavior will be included as a negative adjustment factor, resulting in a "one vote veto" for non-compliant companies. Secondly, it focuses on dividend continuity and stability. The list evaluates dividend data over a period of three to five years and adds prerequisites such as multi-year continuous dividends and continuous dividend growth to encourage companies to distribute dividends continuously, stably, and multiple times, sharing the benefits and returns of the company's long-term development with investors. Thirdly, it emphasizes a multidimensional evaluation. The list comprehensively considers the amount and proportion of dividends of listed companies, combining absolute and relative indicators to incentivize companies of different sizes and development stages, encouraging listed companies to cultivate a dividend culture and enhance investor satisfaction.
