According to the Qichacha app, recently, Jiujang Yixuan Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Wei Songxing as the legal representative and a registered capital of 35 million yuan. Its business scope includes geological hazard management services, geological exploration technology services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Beijing Yuanxin Mining Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by China CITIC Group Limited and Baiyin Nonferrous.
