Recently, a netizen posted on social media claiming that Haidilao will be restructured into a semi-self-service mode. According to the netizen, "There will be no more service in the future, with only a few waiters in each store responsible for taking orders and settling bills, and the prices of the dishes will not decrease." The post sparked a heated discussion, with some netizens commenting, "The core of Haidilao is its service, this is nothing short of cutting off its roots." Some netizens also shared their recent dining experiences, saying they noticed a decrease in service attentiveness compared to before when they went to Haidilao for a manicure service. On August 6th, a Haidilao customer service representative responded to the above rumor, stating that the rumor of Haidilao restructuring into a semi-self-service mode is false. Regarding the issue of declining service quality raised by netizens, the staff member stated that consumers can call the customer service hotline, provide information about the city, store, and order number of their dining experience, and a specialist will verify and handle the issue. Furthermore, the staff member explicitly stated that there is currently no notification of any restructuring at Haidilao, and stores will still be equipped with dedicated service staff, and the quality of service will not change.
